Catalytic Conversations is a book on organizational learning and knowledge creation, group dynamics, conflict resolution and organizational change. It presents a combination of theories and blueprints for businesses to help them become more productive and profitable.
In the spring of 2006, I was asked to create black and white illustrations for a book on organizational behavior. The author, Ann Baker, professor at George Mason University, has been successfully applying her concepts to her consulting practice working with large corporations. The task of translating her complex ideas into visual images that clarify the core meaning of highly theoretical verbal narrative turned to be a challenge that I really enjoyed.
The book author was extremly pleased with my illustrations - "...in deep gratitude for your outstanding graphics. Your contributions to this book bring the words to life."
